The spouse of the foreign researcher mentioned in article L. 421-15, as well as the couple’s children, are admitted to residence under the same conditions as this foreigner, without the condition provided for in article L. 412-1 being applicable, and are entitled to work in the event of long-term mobility.
Le conjoint de l’étranger chercheur mentionné à l’article L. 421-15, ainsi que les enfants du couple, sont admis au séjour dans les mêmes conditions que cet étranger, sans que soit opposable la condition prévue à l’article L. 412-1, et ont droit à l’exercice d’une activité professionnelle en cas de mobilité de longue durée.
