On a proposal from the Autorité des marchés financiers, the Minister responsible for the economy may withdraw recognition from a regulated market in any of the following cases:
1° If the market undertaking does not make use of it within twelve months, if it expressly renounces it or if the market has ceased to operate for six months;
2° If the market undertaking has obtained the authorisation by making false declarations or by any other irregular means;
3° If the regulated market no longer meets the conditions on which recognition was granted;
4° If the market undertaking has seriously and repeatedly infringed the provisions applicable to it.
