Article L4221-14 of the French Public Health Code

Pharmacists may use their evidence of formal qualifications in the language of the State which awarded them. He must indicate the place and establishment where he obtained it.

In cases where the evidence of formal qualifications from the Member State or State of origin is likely to be confused with evidence of formal qualifications requiring additional training in France, the Conseil national de l’ordre may decide that the pharmacist shall use the evidence of formal qualifications from the Member State or State of origin in an appropriate form which it shall specify.

The person concerned bears the professional title of pharmacist.

Le pharmacien peut faire usage de son titre de formation dans la langue de l’Etat qui le lui a délivré. Il est tenu de faire figurer le lieu et l’établissement où il l’a obtenu.

Dans le cas où le titre de formation de l’Etat d’origine, membre ou partie, est susceptible d’être confondu avec un titre exigeant en France une formation complémentaire, le Conseil national de l’ordre peut décider que le pharmacien fera Etat du titre de formation de l’Etat d’origine, membre ou partie, dans une forme appropriée qu’il lui indique.

L’intéressé porte le titre professionnel de pharmacien.
