Article L4221-20 of the French Public Health Code

The following are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat:

1° The time limit within which the committee referred to in article L. 4221-12 must issue an opinion ;

2° The composition and operation of the commission referred to in articles L. 4221-14-1 and L. 4221-14-2 and the conditions under which the person concerned is subject to a compensation measure;

3° The procedures for applying the obligation to transmit the information mentioned in article L. 4221-16-1.

Article L4221-20

Sont déterminés par décret en Conseil d’Etat :

1° Le délai dans lequel la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 4221-12 doit rendre un avis ;

2° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée aux articles L. 4221-14-1 et L. 4221-14-2 et les conditions dans lesquelles l’intéressé est soumis à une mesure de compensation ;

3° Les modalités d’application de l’obligation de transmission des informations mentionnées à l’article L. 4221-16-1.
