Where the province of Quebec grants the right to practise their profession on its territory to pharmacists who hold evidence of formal qualifications allowing them to practise in France, holders of evidence of formal qualifications obtained in the province of Quebec may be authorised to practise their profession in France by the Minister responsible for health if arrangements for the recognition of qualifications have been made to this effect, signed by the orders and the Minister responsible for health, and if their professional qualifications are recognised as comparable to those required in France to practise the profession.
Authorisations to practise are issued individually, after consultation with the ordre, to practitioners who have demonstrated an adequate knowledge of the French language. They must comply with the professional rules applicable in France.
Detailed rules for the application of this article shall be laid down by regulation.
