Article L4221-9 of the French Public Health Code

The Minister for Health or, by delegation, the Director General of the Centre National de Gestion may, after obtaining the opinion of a commission composed in particular of health professionals, individually authorise, where appropriate, nationals of a State other than the Member States of the European Union or the States party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, who hold evidence of formal qualifications obtained in one of these States and whose professional experience is attested to by any means, to practise the profession of pharmacist.

Le ministre chargé de la santé ou, sur délégation, le directeur général du Centre national de gestion peut, après avis d’une commission, composée notamment de professionnels de santé, autoriser individuellement, le cas échéant, dans la spécialité à exercer la profession de pharmacien des ressortissants d’un Etat autre que les Etats membres de l’Union européenne ou les Etats parties à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, titulaires d’un titre de formation obtenu dans l’un de ces Etats et dont l’expérience professionnelle est attestée par tout moyen.
