When the judicial authority has been informed of a prosecution under articles L. 4223-1 or L. 4223-2, the representative of the State in the département may order the temporary closure of the establishment.

Lorsque l’autorité judiciaire a été saisie d’une poursuite par application des articles L. 4223-1 ou L. 4223-2, le représentant de l’Etat dans le département peut prononcer la fermeture provisoire de l’établissement.
