Article L4232-14 of the French Public Health Code

The Central Council of Section E is made up of members appointed or elected for a six-year term.

It comprises :

1° The chairmen of the delegations ;

2° The representatives provided for in article L. 4232-13;

3° A pharmacist public health inspector representing the Minister for Health and a pharmacist representing the Minister for Overseas Territories, in an advisory capacity;

4° A professor or senior lecturer in pharmacy training and research units, a pharmacist in active service, appointed by the Minister for Health on the recommendation of the Minister for Higher Education.

Cases are investigated by the local delegations, which take all necessary steps to ensure that their reports reach the headquarters of the Central Council of Section E fifteen days before each meeting.

Article L4232-14

Le conseil central de la section E est composé de membres nommés ou élus pour six ans.

Il comprend :

1° Les présidents des délégations ;

2° Les représentants prévus à l’article L. 4232-13 ;

3° Un pharmacien inspecteur de santé publique représentant le ministre chargé de la santé ainsi qu’un pharmacien représentant du ministre chargé de l’outre-mer, à titre consultatif ;

4° Un professeur ou maître de conférences des unités de formation et de recherche de pharmacie, pharmacien en activité, nommé par le ministre chargé de la santé sur proposition du ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur.

L’instruction des affaires est faite par les délégations locales qui prennent toutes dispositions pour que leurs rapports parviennent au siège du conseil central de la section E quinze jours avant chaque réunion.
