The Central Council managing section H of the Ordre des pharmaciens is made up of sixteen members, appointed or elected for six years.
This central council comprises :
1° A pharmacist professor or senior lecturer in active pharmacy training and research units, appointed by the Minister for Health on the recommendation of the Minister for Higher Education;
2° A pharmacist public health inspector representing the Minister of Health in an advisory capacity
3° Fourteen pharmacists elected in pairs by all the pharmacists enrolled in section H, including :
– three pairs of pharmacists working in public health establishments ;
– two pairs of pharmacists working in private health establishments ;
– one pair of pharmacists registered in section H working in a medico-social establishment or in other hospital structures;
– one pair comprising a pharmacist managing the in-house pharmacy of a departmental or territorial fire and rescue service and a radiopharmacist.
