Subject to articles L. 4232-4, L. 4232-6, L. 4232-13 and L. 4232-14, the members of the councils and delegations of the Ordre des pharmaciens are elected by a single-ballot majority system. Each pair is made up of titular candidates of different sexes, who each stand with their alternates, of the same sex.
By way of derogation from the previous paragraph, when the number of pharmacists of the same sex registered on the roll of the Order and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility is less than or equal to 30, the Council of the Order or the delegation are elected by a single-ballot majority system.
A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the procedures for implementing this article.
