The councils may rule in restricted formation in matters of registration, striking off and temporary suspension of the right to practise in the event of the professional’s infirmity or pathological condition making it dangerous to practise his profession, and temporary suspension, total or partial, of the right to practise in the event of professional inadequacy making it dangerous to practise his profession.

Les conseils peuvent statuer en formation restreinte en matière d’inscription, de radiation et de suspension temporaire du droit d’exercer en cas d’infirmité du professionnel ou d’état pathologique rendant dangereux l’exercice de sa profession, de suspension temporaire, totale ou partielle, du droit d’exercer en cas d’insuffisance professionnelle rendant dangereux l’exercice de sa profession.
