Article L4234-1 of the French Public Health Code

Unless they belong to section E, in the event of professional misconduct, pharmacists with different pharmaceutical activities are judged by the disciplinary chamber of the competent section to which the misconduct relates.

If there is a conflict of jurisdiction, the disciplinary chamber of the Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens will determine which section has jurisdiction.

Sauf s’il appartient à la section E, en cas de faute professionnelle, un pharmacien ayant des activités pharmaceutiques différentes est jugé par la chambre de discipline de la section compétente dont relève la faute commise.

S’il y a conflit de compétence, la chambre de discipline du Conseil national de l’ordre des pharmaciens fixe la section compétente.
