Practitioners called to appear before the Disciplinary Board may be assisted by a colleague of their choice or by a lawyer registered with the Bar.

The Disciplinary Board may only take a decision if a majority of the members in office attend the meeting. If the quorum is not reached, the Chairman will convene a new meeting of the members of the Disciplinary Board; whatever the number of members present at the new meeting, the decisions taken will be valid. In the event of a tie, the Chairman shall have the casting vote.

Les praticiens appelés à comparaître devant la chambre de discipline peuvent se faire assister par un confrère de leur choix ou par un avocat inscrit au barreau.

La chambre de discipline ne peut statuer que si la majorité des membres en exercice assistent à la séance. Si le quorum n’est pas atteint, le président procède à une nouvelle convocation des membres de la chambre de discipline du conseil ; quel que soit le nombre de ceux-ci présents à la nouvelle réunion, les décisions qui sont prises sont valables. En cas de partage égal des voix, celle du président est prépondérante.
