Article L4234-6-1 of the French Public Health Code

Where the acts of which the pharmacist is accused have revealed a lack of professional competence, the disciplinary chamber may, without prejudice to any penalties it may impose pursuant to 1° to 4° of article L. 4234-6, order the pharmacist concerned to undergo training, in particular as part of the continuing professional development defined in article L. 4021-1 or the certification provided for in article L. 4022-1.

The procedures for applying this article are laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Article L4234-6-1

Lorsque les faits reprochés au pharmacien ont révélé une insuffisance de compétence professionnelle, la chambre de discipline peut, sans préjudice des peines qu’elle prononce éventuellement en application des 1° à 4° de l’article L. 4234-6, enjoindre à l’intéressé de suivre une formation, notamment dans le cadre du développement professionnel continu défini à l’article L. 4021-1 ou de la certification prévue à l’article L. 4022-1.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
