The foreign national referred to in article L. 425-1 shall be issued, in the event of a final conviction of the accused person, and subject to lawful residence, with a ten-year resident card.
L’étranger mentionné à l’article L. 425-1 se voit délivrer, en cas de condamnation définitive de la personne mise en cause, et sous réserve de la régularité du séjour, une carte de résident d’une durée de dix ans.
