Section 1: Foreign nationals who are victims of trafficking in human beings or procuring, or who are involved in a programme to help them leave prostitution

A foreign national who lodges a complaint against a person whom he or she accuses of having committed acts against him or her constituting the offences of trafficking in human beings or procuring, as referred to in articles 225-4-1 to 225-4-6 and 225-5 to 225-10 of the Criminal Code, or who testifies in criminal proceedings concerning a person prosecuted for these same offences, will be issued with a one-year temporary…

Foreign nationals holding the temporary residence permit provided for in article L. 425-1 may benefit from the allowance mentioned in article L. 553-1 for a set period if they satisfy age and means conditions.

The foreign national referred to in article L. 425-1 shall be issued, in the event of a final conviction of the accused person, and subject to lawful residence, with a ten-year resident card.

The conditions for applying articles L. 425-1 and L. 425-4, and in particular the conditions for issuing, renewing and withdrawing the temporary residence permit and the temporary residence authorisation, as well as the procedures for protecting, receiving and accommodating the foreign national to whom this permit or temporary residence authorisation is granted, are specified by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.
