The residence permit provided for in article L. 425-6 is issued, under the same conditions, to a foreign national who benefits from a protection order pursuant to article 515-13 of the Civil Code due to the threat of a forced marriage.
La carte de séjour prévue à l’article L. 425-6 est délivrée, dans les mêmes conditions, à l’étranger qui bénéficie d’une ordonnance de protection en application de l’article 515-13 du code civil en raison de la menace d’un mariage forcé.
