Article L4251-8 of the French Public Health Code

The following shall be determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat:

1° Where necessary, the terms and conditions of practice and professional rules;

2° The composition and operation of the commission referred to in article L. 4251-5 and the conditions under which the person concerned is subject to a compensation measure;

3° The terms and conditions for organising the aptitude test referred to in article L. 4251-6.

Article L4251-8

Sont déterminés par décret en Conseil d’Etat :


1° En tant que de besoin, les modalités d’exercice et les règles professionnelles ;


2° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 4251-5 et les conditions dans lesquelles l’intéressé est soumis à une mesure de compensation ;


3° Les modalités d’organisation de l’épreuve d’aptitude mentionnée à l’article L. 4251-6.
