Notwithstanding the provisions of article L. 4311-2, the profession of nurse may be practised by persons who hold :

1° One of the certificates issued in application of the decree of 27 June 1922 establishing the professional nursing certificate ;

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 4311-2, peuvent exercer la profession d’infirmier ou d’infirmière les personnes titulaires :

1° De l’un des brevets délivrés en application du décret du 27 juin 1922 portant institution du brevet de capacité d’infirmières professionnelles ;

2° (Abrogé)
