Article L4311-27 of the French Public Health Code

When it is motivated by infirmity or a pathological condition, the suspension of the right to practise pronounced in application of article L. 4311-26 may not have the effect of depriving the salaried nurse of his or her remuneration until the final decision has been pronounced.

Lorsqu’elle est motivée par une infirmité ou un état pathologique, la suspension du droit d’exercer prononcée en application de l’article L. 4311-26 ne saurait avoir pour effet de priver l’infirmier ou l’infirmière salarié de sa rémunération jusqu’au prononcé de la décision définitive.
