Article L432-7 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A temporary or multi-annual residence permit may be withdrawn from any employer, holder of such a permit, in breach of article L. 8251-1 of the Labour Code as well as from any foreigner who disregards the provisions of article L. 5221-5 of the same code or who carries out a self-employed activity without authorisation.

Article L432-7

Une carte de séjour temporaire ou pluriannuelle peut être retirée à tout employeur, titulaire d’une telle carte, en infraction avec l’article L. 8251-1 du code du travail ainsi qu’à tout étranger qui méconnaît les dispositions de l’article L. 5221-5 du même code ou qui exerce une activité professionnelle non salariée sans en avoir l’autorisation.
