Article L4321-13 of the French Public Health Code

The order of masseur-physiotherapists must include all masseur-physiotherapists authorised to practise their profession in France.

In accordance with the provisions of article L. 4061-1, masseur-physiotherapists covered by the provisions of article L. 4138-2 of the Defence Code are not registered on any roll of the Association.

L’ordre des masseurs-kinésithérapeutes regroupe obligatoirement tous les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes habilités à exercer leur profession en France.

Conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 4061-1, les masseurs-kinésithérapeutes relevant des dispositions de l’article L. 4138-2 du code de la défense ne sont inscrits à aucun tableau de l’ordre.
