Article L4332-2 of the French Public Health Code

Persons holding the diploma referred to in Article L. 4332-3 or the authorisation referred to in Article L. 4332-4 and whose diplomas, certificates, qualifications or authorisations have been registered in accordance with the first paragraph of Article L. 4333-1 may practise the profession of psychomotrician.

The person concerned bears the professional title of psychomotrician, with or without a qualifier.

Article L4332-2

Peuvent exercer la profession de psychomotricien les personnes titulaires du diplôme mentionné à l’article L. 4332-3 ou titulaires de l’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 4332-4 et dont les diplômes, certificats, titres ou autorisation ont été enregistrés conformément au premier alinéa de l’article L. 4333-1.

L’intéressé porte le titre professionnel de psychomotricien, accompagné ou non d’un qualificatif.
