Article L4332-5 of the French Public Health Code

By way of derogation from the provisions of article L. 4332-2, employees who have practised the profession of psychomotrician on a principal basis for at least three years during the ten years prior to the date of 8 May 1988 and who have passed, within three years of this date, the test of knowledge provided for by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, may practise the profession of psychomotrician and use the title of psychomotrician, with or without a qualifier.

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 4332-2, peuvent exercer la profession de psychomotricien et porter le titre de psychomotricien, accompagné ou non d’un qualificatif, les salariés ayant exercé, à titre principal, l’activité de psychomotricien pendant une durée au moins égale à trois ans au cours des dix années précédant la date du 8 mai 1988 et qui ont satisfait, dans les trois ans suivant cette date, au contrôle des connaissances prévu par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
