The diplomas, certificates or qualifications referred to in article L. 4341-2 are the “certificat de capacité d’orthophoniste” established by the Ministers of Education and Health, or one of the diplomas or certificates of study in speech and language therapy established by the Minister of Education prior to the creation of the said certificate.
The decree instituting the certificate of qualification in speech and language therapy lays down the conditions for obtaining the certificate with partial or total exemption from schooling, training courses and tests for persons who, without possessing one of the qualifications provided for in the first paragraph, are in possession of :
1° Either a certificate of aptitude for teaching children with hearing impairments, recognised by the Minister for Health;
2° Or a diploma as a specialised teacher of deaf children, recognised by the Minister for Education; or
3° Or a qualification as a dyslexic re-educator, recognised by one or other of these two ministers.
