Bodies issuing evidence of formal qualifications shall send such evidence to the department or body referred to in article L. 4352-4 in the form of certified information.

Lorsqu’elles sont disponibles, ces informations certifiées tiennent lieu de pièces justificatives pour l’accomplissement des obligations prévues à l’article L. 4352-4.
