Article L4352-9 of the French Public Health Code

The following shall be determined by decree of the Conseil d’Etat:

1° The terms and conditions of practice and professional rules;

2° The composition and operation of the commission referred to in article L. 4352-6 and the conditions under which the person concerned is subject to a compensation measure;

3° The terms and conditions for verifying the professional qualifications referred to in article L. 4352-7 ;

4° The terms and conditions for applying the obligation to transmit the information referred to in article L. 4352-5.

Article L4352-9

Sont déterminés par décret en Conseil d’Etat :

1° Les modalités d’exercice et les règles professionnelles ;

2° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 4352-6 et les conditions dans lesquelles l’intéressé est soumis à une mesure de compensation ;

3° Les modalités de vérification des qualifications professionnelles mentionnées à l’article L. 4352-7 ;

4° Les modalités d’application de l’obligation de transmission des informations mentionnées à l’article L. 4352-5.
