Article L4392-6 of the French Public Health Code

The following are determined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat:

1° The composition and functioning of the commission mentioned in article L. 4392-2 and the conditions under which the person concerned is subject to a compensation measure ;

2° The procedures for verifying the professional qualifications mentioned in article L. 4392-4.

Article L4392-6

Sont déterminés par décret en Conseil d’Etat :

1° La composition et le fonctionnement de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 4392-2 et les conditions dans lesquelles l’intéressé est soumis à une mesure de compensation ;

2° Les modalités de vérification des qualifications professionnelles mentionnées à l’article L. 4392-4.
