A medical regulation assistant may use his evidence of formal qualifications in the language of the State which issued them. He must indicate the place and establishment where he obtained it.
In cases where the evidence of formal qualifications from the country of origin, whether a Member State or a Party, is liable to be confused with evidence of formal qualifications requiring additional training in France, the competent authority may decide that the medical regulation assistant will refer to the evidence of formal qualifications from the country of origin, whether a Member State or a Party, in an appropriate form which it shall specify.
The person concerned shall bear the professional title of medical regulation assistant.
