Article L441-7 of the French Insurance Code

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the technical rules and conditions of application of this chapter, in particular the terms and conditions under which the information provided for in Article L. 441-3-1 may be made available to members and the possibility of including this information in the reports provided for in Articles L. 143-2-2 and L. 385-7 for agreements constituting commitments covered by Chapter III of Title IV of Book I, or in the report provided for in III of Article L. 144-2 for agreements covered by that Article.

Article L441-7

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les règles techniques et les conditions d’application du présent chapitre, notamment les modalités selon lesquelles les informations prévues par l’article L. 441-3-1 peuvent être mises à disposition des adhérents et la possibilité d’inclure ces informations dans les rapports prévus aux articles L. 143-2-2 et L. 385-7 pour les conventions constitutives d’engagements relevant du chapitre III du titre IV du livre Ier, ou dans le rapport prévu au III de l’article L. 144-2 pour les conventions relevant de cet article.
