Article L4421-1-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 4113-14 to Wallis and Futuna, the words: “the representative of the State in the department” are replaced by the words: “the representative of the State in the territory” and the words: “departmental council” are replaced by the words: “council of the Order of Wallis and Futuna or the body which exercises its functions”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 4113-14 à Wallis et Futuna, les mots : “le représentant de l’Etat dans le département” sont remplacés par les mots : “le représentant de l’Etat dans le territoire” et les mots : “conseil départemental” sont remplacés par les mots : “conseil de l’ordre de Wallis et Futuna ou l’organe qui en exerce les fonctions”.
