For the application of article L. 4221-17 in Mayotte, the words: “subject to the provisions of article L. 138-9 of the Social Security Code,” are replaced by the words: “subject to discounts, rebates and similar commercial or financial advantages of any kind granted by all suppliers of pharmacies for reimbursable pharmaceutical specialities. “
For its application in Mayotte, article L. 4311-3 is supplemented by a 4° reading as follows: “4° Or, in order to work in the territorial health services of Mayotte, the nursing diploma issued by Mayotte prior to 1st September 2004, under conditions specified by order of the ministers responsible for overseas France and health”.
