Article L4412-2 of the French Public Health Code

The following paragraphs are added to article L. 4211-4 applicable to Mayotte:

By way of derogation from the provisions of article L. 4211-1, sector dispensaries in Mayotte are authorised to dispense free of charge the medicines, objects, articles or products mentioned in this article.

As a transitional measure, pharmacies holding a licence in application of article L. 5125-10 may be authorised by the State representative in Mayotte to supply the sector dispensaries with the medicines, objects, articles or products mentioned in article L. 4211-1 with a view to their supply to the public.

L’article L. 4211-4 applicable à Mayotte est complété par les alinéas suivants :

Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’article L. 4211-1, les dispensaires de secteur de Mayotte sont autorisés à délivrer gratuitement les médicaments, objets, articles ou produits mentionnés à cet article.

A titre transitoire, les pharmacies bénéficiant d’une licence en application de l’article L. 5125-10 peuvent être autorisées par le représentant de l’Etat à Mayotte à approvisionner les dispensaires de secteur en vue de leur délivrance au public, des médicaments, objets, articles ou produits mentionnés à l’article L. 4211-1.
