Article L4444-2 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in the second paragraph, Articles L. 4061-1 to L. 4061-7 shall apply in New Caledonia and French Polynesia in the version resulting from Order No. 2018-20 of 17 January 2018 17 January 2018.

For the application in New Caledonia and French Polynesia of Article L. 4061-4 in New Caledonia and French Polynesia:

1° The words: “the regional health agencies”, “the regional health agency” and “this agency” are replaced respectively by the words: “the competent health authorities”, “the competent health authority” and “these authorities”;

2° In the last paragraph of II, the words “provided for in” are replaced by the words: “within the meaning of”.

Article L4444-2

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au second alinéa, les articles L. 4061-1 à L. 4061-7 sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant de l’ordonnance n° 2018-20 du 17 janvier 2018 17 janvier 2018.

Pour l’application en Nouvelle-Calédonie et en Polynésie française de l’article L. 4061-4 :

1° Les mots : “les agences régionales de santé”, “l’agence régionale de santé” et “cette agence” sont remplacés respectivement par les mots : “les autorités compétentes en matière de santé”, “l’autorité compétente en matière de santé” et “ces autorités” ;

2° Au dernier alinéa du II, les mots “prévues aux” sont remplacés par les mots : “au sens de”.
