Article L4412-3 of the French Public Health Code

In Mayotte, by way of derogation from the provisions of articles L. 4211-1 and L. 4211-7, persons other than pharmacists or herbalists carrying out an activity involving the supply of medicinal plants on 2 October 1992 may be authorised by the State representative to hold and sell medicinal plants or parts of plants under the conditions set out in the first three paragraphs of article L. 4211-7.

A Mayotte, par dérogation aux dispositions des articles L. 4211-1 et L. 4211-7, les personnes autres que les pharmaciens ou les herboristes exerçant une activité comportant la délivrance de plantes médicinales au 2 octobre 1992 peuvent être autorisées par le représentant de l’Etat à détenir et à vendre des plantes ou parties de plantes médicinales dans les conditions prévues aux trois premiers alinéas de l’article L. 4211-7.
