Article L4421-1 of the French Public Health Code

The provisions of Book I of Part IV, in the version resulting from Law No. 2019-774 of 24 July 2019 on the organisation and transformation of the healthcare system, with the exception of Articles L. 4123-15, L. 4123-16, L. 4124-9, L. 4124-10, L. 4126-7, L. 4131-4 and L. 4131-5 and Chapter III of Title III, shall apply in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter.

Les dispositions du livre Ier de la partie IV, dans leur rédaction résultant de la loi n° 2019-774 du 24 juillet 2019 relative à l’organisation et à la transformation du système de santé, à l’exception des articles L. 4123-15, L. 4123-16, L. 4124-9, L. 4124-10, L. 4126-7, L. 4131-4 et L. 4131-5 et du chapitre III du titre III, sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.
