Article L4422-1 of the French Public Health Code

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions of Book II of this Part shall apply in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands:

– Title I, with the exception of articles L. 4211-6, L. 4211-7, L. 4212-1 and L. 4212-3 ;

– Chapters I and II of Title II, with the exception of articles L. 4222-1 to L. 4222-4 ;

– articles L. 4223-4 and L. 4223-5 of Title III ;

– Title III, with the exception of articles L. 4232-3 to L. 4232-9 and L. 4232-15 ;

– Chapter I of Title IV, with the exception of article L. 4232-15.

Article L. 4211-1 is applicable in its version resulting fromOrder no. 2022-1086 of 29 July 2022.

Article L. 4211-9-1 shall apply in its wording resulting from Law No. 2021-1017 of 2 August 2021.

Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre, les dispositions suivantes du livre II de la présente partie sont applicables dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna :

– le titre Ier à l’exception des articles L. 4211-6, L. 4211-7, L. 4212-1 et L. 4212-3 ;

– les chapitres Ier et II du titre II, à l’exception des articles L. 4222-1 à L. 4222-4 ;
