Article L4422-2 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of the provisions of Book II of this Part in the Territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands :

1° The powers devolved to the representative of the State in the department are exercised by the senior administrator of the territory;

2° The word “département” is replaced by : “territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands”.

Pour l’application des dispositions du livre II de la présente partie dans le territoires des îles Wallis et Futuna :

1° Les attributions dévolues au représentant de l’Etat dans le département sont exercées par l’administrateur supérieur du territoire ;

2° A la mention du mot : “département” est substituée celle de : “territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna”.
