Article L4423-3 of the French Public Health Code

I. – For the application of article L. 4311-1 in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, the words “and in the services mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 2112-1 and in article L. 2311-4 ” are deleted.

II. – For the application of article L. 4311-12 in Wallis and Futuna, the second paragraph of 2° is worded as follows:

For the purposes of financial coverage by the State, the acts performed in this way are deemed to be performed by the qualified nurse.

I. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 4311-1 dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, les mots : ” et dans les services mentionnés au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2112-1 et à l’article L. 2311-4 ” sont supprimés.

II. – Pour l’application de l’article L. 4311-12 à Wallis-et-Futuna, le second alinéa du 2° est ainsi rédigé :

Pour la prise en charge financière par l’Etat, les actes ainsi effectués sont réputés être accomplis par l’infirmier diplômé.
