Article L4413-1 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in Mayotte, article L. 4311-3 is supplemented by a 4° reading as follows:

“4° Or, in order to work in the territorial health services of Mayotte, the nursing diploma issued by Mayotte prior to 1st September 2004, under conditions specified by order of the ministers responsible for overseas France and health”.

Pour son application à Mayotte, l’article L. 4311-3 est complété par un 4° ainsi rédigé :

“ 4° Soit pour exercer dans les services sanitaires territoriaux de Mayotte, le diplôme d’infirmière ou d’infirmier délivré par Mayotte antérieurement au 1er septembre 2004, dans des conditions précisées par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’outre-mer et de la santé ”.
