Article L4421-1-2 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 4123-5, the words: “and article L. 145-2-1 of the Social Security Code” and for the application of article L. 4132-5, the words: “and L. 145-2-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “and sentences handed down by the courts responsible for disputes relating to the technical supervision of social security leading to permanent or partial disqualification from membership of a professional body”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 4123-5, les mots : “et de l’article L. 145-2-1 du code de la sécurité sociale” et pour l’application de l’article L. 4132-5, les mots : “et L. 145-2-1 du code de la sécurité sociale” sont remplacés par les mots : “et des condamnations des juridictions chargées du contentieux du contrôle technique de la sécurité sociale entraînant la privation définitive ou partielle de faire partie d’une instance ordinale”.
