Article L4421-3 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 4112-2 to Wallis and Futuna and until the creation of the competent order in application of the provisions of article L. 4421-9, the second paragraph of article L. 4121-2 is worded as follows:

“In case of doubt, the head of the labour and social affairs inspection department may hear the person concerned. A check may be made at his request or that of the person concerned by the senior administrator of the territory.”

Pour l’application de l’article L. 4112-2 à Wallis et Futuna et jusqu’à la création de l’ordre compétent en application des dispositions de l’article L. 4421-9, le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 4121-2 est ainsi rédigé :

“En cas de doute, le chef du service de l’inspection du travail et des affaires sociales peut entendre l’intéressé. Une vérification peut être faite à sa demande ou à celle de l’intéressé par l’administrateur supérieur du territoire.”
