Article L4421-6 of the French Public Health Code

Article L. 4113-6 is amended as follows:

In the first paragraph, the words “by the compulsory social security schemes” are replaced by the words: “by the social protection scheme applicable in Wallis and Futuna”.

The following paragraph is added after the fourth paragraph:

“When the scope of application of these agreements concerns the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands and one or more departments, territorial collectivities, overseas territories or New Caledonia, they shall be submitted for an opinion to the competent national council of the Order instead of the local, territorial or departmental bodies before they are implemented. “

L’article L. 4113-6 est ainsi modifié :

Au premier alinéa, les mots ” par les régimes obligatoires de sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” par le régime de protection sociale applicable à Wallis et Futuna “.

L’alinéa suivant est ajouté après le quatrième alinéa :

” Lorsque le champ d’application de ces conventions intéresse le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna et un ou plusieurs départements, collectivités territoriales, territoires d’outre-mer ou la Nouvelle-Calédonie, elles sont soumises pour avis au conseil national de l’ordre compétent en lieu et place des instances locales, territoriales ou départementales avant leur mise en oeuvre. “
