Article L4421-8 of the French Public Health Code

For its application in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in article L. 4113-7, the words: “or the medical information mentioned in article L. 161-29 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “or the medical information relating to the pathologies diagnosed, the procedures performed or the benefits provided to a specific person”.

Pour son application dans le territoire des îles Wallis et Futuna, à l’article L. 4113-7, les mots : ” ou des informations médicales mentionnées à l’article L. 161-29 du code de la sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” ou des informations médicales relatives aux pathologies diagnostiquées, aux actes effectués ou aux prestations servies au bénéficie d’une personne déterminée “.
