Article L4422-26 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Corsican Executive Council may, by decree deliberated within the Executive Council, take any measure:

<1° Tending to specify the terms of application of the deliberations of the Assembly;

2° Laying down the rules for the organisation and operation of the services of the territorial collectivity of Corsica;

3° Amending or reporting the acts of the Corsican tourism offices and agency under the conditions laid down in Article L. 4424-41.

Article L4422-26

Le président du conseil exécutif de Corse peut, par arrêté délibéré au sein du conseil exécutif, prendre toute mesure :

1° Tendant à préciser les modalités d’application des délibérations de l’Assemblée ;

2° Fixant les règles d’organisation et de fonctionnement des services de la collectivité territoriale de Corse ;

3° Modifiant ou rapportant les actes des offices et de l’agence du tourisme de Corse dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 4424-41.
