Article L4422-27 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Each year, the President of the Executive Council reports to the Assembly, in a special report, on the situation of the territorial authority, the activity and financing of its various departments and dependent bodies, and the state of implementation of the plan. The report also sets out the state of implementation of the resolutions of the Assembly and the financial situation of the local authority. The report is submitted to the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council for its opinion, prior to its examination by the Assembly. This report gives rise to a debate.

Chaque année, le président du conseil exécutif rend compte à l’Assemblée, par un rapport spécial, de la situation de la collectivité territoriale, de l’activité et du financement de ses différents services et des organismes qui en dépendent ainsi que de l’état d’exécution du plan. Le rapport précise également l’état d’exécution des délibérations de l’Assemblée et la situation financière de la collectivité territoriale. Le rapport est soumis pour avis au conseil économique, social, environnemental et culturel de Corse, préalablement à son examen par l’Assemblée. Ce rapport donne lieu à un débat.
