Article L4422-45 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The transfers of assets between the State and the territorial collectivity of Corsica provided for in III of Article L. 4424-7 and to articles L. 4424-22, L. 4424-23, L. 4424-24 and L. 4424-25 of this code as well as articles L211-2 and L223-3 of the new Forestry Code are carried out free of charge, under the conditions determined by the Finance Act, and in accordance with the procedures set out in the first three paragraphs of article L. 4422-44. These transfers are exempt from all fees, salaries, duties or taxes.

Article L4422-45

I. – Les transferts de patrimoine entre l’Etat et la collectivité territoriale de Corse prévus au III de l’article L. 4424-7 et aux articles L. 4424-22, L. 4424-23, L. 4424-24 et L. 4424-25 du présent code ainsi qu’aux articles L211-2 et L223-3 du nouveau code forestier s’effectuent à titre gratuit, dans les conditions déterminées par la loi de finances, et selon les modalités prévues aux trois premiers alinéas de l’article L. 4422-44. Ces transferts sont exemptés de tous frais, salaires, droits ou taxes.
