Article L4422-9-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The President of the Assembly of Corsica may decide that the meeting of the standing committee is to be held in several places, by videoconference.

When the meeting of the standing committee is held by videoconference, the quorum is assessed on the basis of the presence of the members of the standing committee in the various places by videoconference.

The Standing Committee meets in a single place at least once every six months.

When a meeting of the Standing Committee is held wholly or partly by videoconference, this shall be mentioned in the notice convening the meeting.

Le président de l’Assemblée de Corse peut décider que la réunion de la commission permanente se tient en plusieurs lieux, par visioconférence.

Lorsque la réunion de la commission permanente se tient par visioconférence, le quorum est apprécié en fonction de la présence des membres de la commission permanente dans les différents lieux par visioconférence.

La commission permanente se réunit en un seul et même lieu au moins une fois par semestre.

Lorsque la réunion de la commission permanente se tient entièrement ou partiellement par visioconférence, il en est fait mention dans la convocation.
