I. – The Corsican sustainable development and development plan may specify the terms of application, adapted to the specific local geographical features, of Chapter I of Title II of Book I of the town planning code on coastal areas and Chapter II of Title II of Book I of the same code on mountain areas.
The provisions of the plan that specify these terms and conditions are applicable to the persons and operations that are mentioned, respectively, in articles L. 121-3 and L. 122-2 of the said code.
II. – In view of the strategic nature of certain limited geographical areas in terms of preservation or development issues, the Corsican sustainable development and land use plan may define their perimeter, set their purpose and include provisions relating to land use specific to the said areas, accompanied, where appropriate, by cartographic documents, the purpose and scale of which are determined by deliberation of the Assembly of Corsica.
In the absence of a territorial coherence plan, a local town planning plan, a sector plan, a local map or a document in lieu thereof, the provisions of the plan relating to these areas are enforceable against third parties as part of the declaration and authorisation application procedures provided for in the town planning code.
