I.-The Corsican sustainable planning and development plan may be amended, on a proposal from the executive council, when the changes envisaged do not have the effect of undermining its general economy. Article L. 104-3 of the town planning code is applicable.
The planned amendments are submitted for the opinion of the public persons, bodies and organisations whose association is provided for in article L. 4424-13 of this code. Their opinion is deemed favourable if it is not given within three months.
After a public enquiry, the modifications are approved by the Assembly of Corsica.
II.-At the end of a period of six years from the date of approval of the sustainable planning and development plan, the Executive Council shall carry out an overall analysis of the results of its application, particularly from an environmental point of view.
This analysis is submitted to the Corsican Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council for its opinion, communicated to the public and forwarded to the Assembly of Corsica. The Assembly deliberates on whether the Corsican sustainable development plan should remain in force, whether it should be modified, or whether it should be completely or partially revised.
The planning and sustainable development plan is revised in accordance with the procedures laid down for its preparation in Article L. 4424-13.
III.-Deliberations of the Assembly of Corsica specify the amendment and revision procedures provided for in this article.
